Our company’s main goal is to provide the best customer experience to the buyers. pellepelle is always alert to resolve customer issues that might be leading to order cancellation. However, in case the buyer has changed their mind or does not wish to make the purchase, the order be canceled.
To cancel an order, the following conditions might be applicable.
Orders are required to be canceled before the orders are dispatched. Any order cancellation claim made after the order is dispatched, won’t be entertained.
Orders canceled between 24 hours to 48 hours would receive a 100% refund including the shipping charges.
Any order canceled after 48 hours will only receive 70% of the product cost and complete shipping charges. This is because at this stage, the experts start working on the product, and we do not aim to waste their effort.
No refund would be granted if an order is canceled after 72 hours, and only shipping charges might be returned.
Canceling an order after it is dispatched shall have no refund, not even the shipping charges.
To cancel the order, the buyer can reach customer support through email, or WhatsApp. They need to wait 24 hours before their query is responded to. We expect corporation and patience from the buyer’s end.
In case you need to change any of your information like address or contact number, you can reach out to customer support within 24 hours. You do not have to cancel your order to do so.
